GokeBLOCK
simple, type safe, elegant command line framework. the CLI framework for agents
Overview
From the repository's own README, as read at the audited commit. Badges and raw HTML are left out.
goke Build CLIs like you'd build an API. Type-safe, chainable, zero dependencies.
goke is a TypeScript CLI framework with a Hono-like API. You chain .use() for middleware and .command() for routes — the same mental model as a REST API, applied to the terminal.
import { goke } from 'goke'
import { z } from 'zod'
const cli = goke('deploy')
// middleware — runs before every command
cli
.option('--env ', z.enum(['staging', 'production']).default('staging').describe('Target environment'))
.use((options, { console }) => {
console.log(`Environment: ${options.env}`)
})
// commands — like route handlers
cli
.command('up', 'Deploy the app')
.option('--dry-run', 'Preview without deploying')
.action((options, { console, process }) => {
console.log(`Deploying from ${process.cwd}`)
})
cli
.command('logs ', 'Stream logs')
.option('--lines ', z.number().default(100).describe('Lines to tail'))
.action((id, options) => streamLogs(id, options.lines))

- Hono-like chaining —
.use()for middleware,.command()for handlers. Build a CLI the same way you'd design a REST API. - Zod type safety — pass a Zod schema to
.option()and get automatic coercion, TypeScript inference, and help text for free. Works with Valibot, ArkType, or any Standard Schema library. - CLI from any MCP server — `@goke/mcp` connects to an MCP server, discovers tools, and generates typed CLI commands automatically.
- MCP server in 2 lines — expose your entire CLI as an MCP server with
createMcpAction({ cli })from `@goke/mcp`. Every command becomes a tool, ready for Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code, and [any MCP client](https://github.com/supermemoryai/install-mcp#

Built from this server's own package name, version and transport as found in its source — not copied from anyone's documentation, so it cannot drift against a page we do not control. Replace the environment placeholders with a token scoped to the least it needs.

Do **not** keep MCP session IDs. Streamable HTTP can run **stateless**: `sessionIdGenerator: undefined`. Each POST builds a fresh `Server` and transport, then closes them. That works on Cloudflare Wor

Questions
What is the @goke/mcp MCP server?
simple, type safe, elegant command line framework. the CLI framework for agents
What tools does @goke/mcp expose?
2 in total: 2 read-only, 0 that write, and 0 that can delete or overwrite. Every one is listed on this page with its risk.
Is @goke/mcp safe to connect to an agent?
No — not without reading the findings first. The audit graded it D (69/100) and found 1 critical or high issue in the source. Each one is listed on this page with the file and line it is on.
What credentials does @goke/mcp need?
It reads GOKE_TEST_TOKEN and TOKEN from the environment. Give it a token scoped to the least it needs — an agent that can be talked into calling a tool can be talked into calling it with your credentials.
How does @goke/mcp run?
It speaks stdio and streamable-http, so it runs as a local process your client starts. It is published on npm as goke.
How current is this page?
The grade is for one exact copy of the source (92457a027876), read on 2026-10-12. The repository is watched and re-audited when it changes.
