Cybara - Your agents. Your tools. Your runtime. Harness the power of AI
Overview
From the repository's own README, as read at the audited commit. Badges and raw HTML are left out.
Cybara
A self-hosted agent workspace for coding, research, automation, and operations across desktop, terminal, mobile, and messaging.
Cybara runs persistent, tool-using agents through one Bun gateway and keeps sessions, live activity, plans, artifacts, and controls consistent across Web/Tauri, native macOS, CLI/TUI, mobile, ACP, and messaging channels. Connect hosted, OAuth, or local models; route across usage-aware account pools; work through the IDE, terminal, browser, desktop, and mobile simulators; extend agents with plugins, skills, MCP servers, and encrypted account apps; and turn real runs into replayable evaluations or training data in the Lab. Queue, steer, fork, compare, transfer over Nearby, or talk hands-free while approval, sandbox, wallet, and gateway policies remain under operator control.

Built from this server's own package name, version and transport as found in its source — not copied from anyone's documentation, so it cannot drift against a page we do not control. Replace the environment placeholders with a token scoped to the least it needs.

Questions
What is the cybara MCP server?
Cybara - Your agents. Your tools. Your runtime. Harness the power of AI
What tools does cybara expose?
139 in total: 103 read-only, 32 that write, and 4 that can delete or overwrite (diagramming, prompt-engineering, testing, write). Every one is listed on this page with its risk.
Is cybara safe to connect to an agent?
No — not without reading the findings first. The audit graded it F (23/100) and found 11 critical or high issues in the source. Each one is listed on this page with the file and line it is on. Separately from the audit: 4 of its tools can destroy data, so scope the token you give it to what you actually need.
What credentials does cybara need?
It reads BRAVE_API_KEY, CODEX_API_KEY, CYBARA_ALLOW_LOCALHOST_AUTH_BYPASS, CYBARA_ANTIGRAVITY_OAUTH_CLIENT_ID, CYBARA_ANTIGRAVITY_OAUTH_CLIENT_SECRET, CYBARA_API_KEY, CYBARA_CONNECTOR_CLIENT_SECRET, CYBARA_GEMINI_OAUTH_CLIENT_ID, CYBARA_GEMINI_OAUTH_CLIENT_SECRET, CYBARA_GITLAB_OAUTH_CLIENT_ID, CYBARA_MACOS_NOTARY_KEYCHAIN_PROFILE and CYBARA_REQUIRE_AUTH from the environment. Give it a token scoped to the least it needs — an agent that can be talked into calling a tool can be talked into calling it with your credentials.
How does cybara run?
It speaks streamable-http, so it runs as a service you connect to over the network. It is published on npm as cybara-ui at 1.0.2503.
How current is this page?
The grade is for one exact copy of the source (12e0b8d44456), read on 2026-10-12. The repository is watched and re-audited when it changes.
