Questions
What is the PPT Translator MCP server?
A powerful PowerPoint translation tool that leverages Amazon Bedrock models for high-quality translation. This service can be used both as a standalone command-line tool and as a MCP for integration with AI assistants like Claude Code and Kiro. It translates PowerPoint presentations while preserving
What tools does PPT Translator expose?
11 in total: 10 read-only, 1 that write, and 0 that can delete or overwrite. Every one is listed on this page with its risk.
Is PPT Translator safe to connect to an agent?
No — not without reading the findings first. The audit graded it D (69/100) and found 2 critical or high issues in the source. Each one is listed on this page with the file and line it is on.
What credentials does PPT Translator need?
It reads AWS_BEARER_TOKEN_BEDROCK, MARKDOWN_MAX_TOKENS, MARKDOWN_OVERVIEW_MAX_TOKENS, MARKDOWN_WEB_MAX_TOKENS and MAX_TOKENS from the environment. Give it a token scoped to the least it needs — an agent that can be talked into calling a tool can be talked into calling it with your credentials.
How current is this page?
The grade is for one exact copy of the source (b52332b9ba70), read on 2026-10-07. The repository is watched and re-audited when it changes.
