Open source autopilot for Claude.
Scheduled tasks, persistent memory, background automation. No API keys. No cloud. Runs on your Mac, Windows, or Linux machine.
Daymon is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic.
Why Daymon?
Sleep. Daymon doesn't. It runs Claude tasks on schedule, remembers context across conversations, watches files for changes, and works in the background — all while you sleep, commute, or focus on other things.
No API keys. No token costs. No cloud. Just your existing Claude subscription, finally working 24/7.
Requirements
- macOS 12 (Monterey) or later (Apple Silicon & Intel), Windows 10+ (x64), or Linux x64 (Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, etc.)

- A Claude subscription (Pro, Max, or Team) — Daymon uses your existing subscription, no API keys need

Questions
What is the Daymon MCP server?
Daymon puts your favorite AI to work 24/7. It schedules, remembers, and orchestrates your own virtual team. Free.
What tools does Daymon expose?
25 in total: 17 read-only, 5 that write, and 3 that can delete or overwrite (daymon_delete_task, daymon_delete_worker, daymon_reset_session). Every one is listed on this page with its risk.
Is Daymon safe to connect to an agent?
With care. The audit graded it B (88/100) and found 13 things worth knowing before you trust this server, listed below with the exact line each was found on. Separately from the audit: 3 of its tools can destroy data, so scope the token you give it to what you actually need.
What credentials does Daymon need?
It reads DAYMON_TELEMETRY_TOKEN from the environment. Give it a token scoped to the least it needs — an agent that can be talked into calling a tool can be talked into calling it with your credentials.
How does Daymon run?
It speaks stdio, so it runs as a local process your client starts. It is published on npm as daymon at 0.1.29.
How current is this page?
The grade is for one exact copy of the source (02cd3fe23a8d), read on 2026-10-02. The repository is watched and re-audited when it changes.
